Minchinbury Manor provides a range of accommodation options from extra large luxurious and modern private rooms and ensuites in our new wing to shared rooms with shared ensuites. Many have large bay windows providing an abundance of natural light as well as garden views and easy access to communal areas for dining, recreation and entertainment.

Daily accommodation payments are calculated using the Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR) of 8.51%, which applies from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026. The MPIR is set by the Australian Government and is reviewed each quarter; DAP amounts on this page are updated when it changes. You can choose to pay for your room as a refundable deposit (RAD), a daily payment (DAP), or any combination of the two; the 50/50 figures are an example only. For residents entering care on or after 1 November 2025, a retention amount of 2% per year of the RAD balance is deducted for up to five years, and the DAP is indexed twice a year in line with the Government's indexation. The prices shown are the maximum amounts and are the same prices published on My Aged Care. Whether you pay an accommodation payment, and how much, depends on your means assessment by Services Australia.
