All the staff at Minchinbury Manor are like family. With many have been working at the residence for over 10 years. Permanent, long serving employees are important for continuity of care and ongoing care relationships.

Registered nurses and care companions are on-site all day, every day. They know the residents and their special needs. Help is available at any time.

Regular and ongoing consultations with Allied Health Professionals including physiotherapy, speech therapy, audiology, podiatry, optical and dental are scheduled for each resident.
